REFUNDS 

We hope that you love your purchase from AM Signature Collection.

Currently we are Unable to Accept Returns on any "AMLove For Us"  Fragrance Items and All Transactions are Non-Refundable.
If you have any Questions or concerns regarding a purchase you are encouraged to contact us at AMLove@Asiamonet.com.

If you wish to return an item from the AM Signature Lingerie Collection for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please try on bottoms over your own panties. 

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with sanitary liner still in place and tags attached.  

We will not accept anything that has been worn, damaged, that has odors, missing tags, or returned after 14 days. If items are not returned under these conditions, they will be promptly sent back to the purchaser’s address. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. 
Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.

All items on *SALE* over 10% and/or marked FINAL SALE are no returns/exchanges, so please ask us any fit questions before purchasing to make sure you get your perfect fit!

Items purchased at full price are eligible for returns, please email us and we will help you!

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange for another item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Should you have any issues with your order, please email AMLove@AsiaMonet.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
